Rizal Technological University was established in response to the insufficience of higher and accessible education. The University is tasked with the responsibility of providing highly professional, scientific, technological, and specialized instructions in the fields of engineering and technology, education, business and entrepreneurial technology, and promoting research, extension, and advanced studies in its areas of specialty. It will maintain its position as the industry leader in the provision of work-integrated learning via its Cooperative Education Program. This will be accomplished through partnerships with local businesses and the active participation of students in community service.
