Dangal RTUista 2024 Recognizes RTU’s Top Student Orgs for SY 2023-24

June 20, 2024, Mandaluyong City — The Rizal Technological University Supreme Student Council (RTU-SSC), led by Student Regent Alfonso Miguel Abangan, hosted the inaugural Dangal RTUista at the Plenary Hall of RTU’s Main Campus. This event celebrated the outstanding achievements of the university’s student organizations for the school year 2023-2024.

The ceremony began with inspiring messages from the former SSC Adviser Dr. Luisa Villanueva, OIC-Dean of the Office of the Students and Alumni Affairs (OSAAS), Dr. Marc DG. Garvida, and Student and Alumni Affairs Services Unit (SAASU) Head, Instr. Mariel A. Dela Trinidad. Following their messages, the formal awarding ceremony began, recognizing various student organizations’ exemplary contributions across multiple categories, Top tier awardees included:

Another significant event highlight was the State of the Student Address delivered by Mr. Abangan, which focused on the accomplishments of the SSC for student governance and engagement at RTU.
